First Blog!
Welcome!
Hello everybody, and welcome to my blog! My name is Sidra Chowdhury. My parents are originally from Bangladesh, but I was born in Texas and my family and I moved to Florida when I was 2. We moved to Tampa almost 10 years ago. This is (hopefully) my last year at USF. I am majoring in Health Sciences with a concentration in Biological Sciences and Health Information Technology. About Me
I usually don't really have any hobbies but I do enjoy learning and creating new things. I recently started to try and learn to embroider The first couple of stitches were kind of funny, but I'm getting better at it. I also like playing video games, and watching funny videos or T.V. Shows. I think the most recent show that I've watched is a kids show from Nickelodeon. Its called Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which is a spin-off of the original Ninja Turtle comics/series. I really enjoyed it. The character redesigns were really good, and the animation was really fluid. Another thing about me is that
Professional Experiences
As of now, I do not have any professional experiences. I volunteered at a couple clinical settings during my freshman year, but I haven't gotten a job after. Currently, I'm trying to catch up with my studies, and I'm learning more about Information Sciences.
Social Media
I think the social media platform that I use the most will probably be reddit. It has a lot of things that I like in one place. Videos, funny images, fanart, discussions, etc. I don't really have any other social media either.
Blog
This is my first time creating a blog, so apologies for it looking whack. I'm still tryna figure out how to use it properly. Prior to this blogpost, I don't recall ever reading any blogs. I personally don't like using it all that much. I am more of a private person, so I don't really like posting at all. Quite frankly, his is the first time I've ever really posted anything. I'm not too sure how it will turn out though.
Thank you for reading my blog. I really hope this class will be fun. I wish you all luck with this semester, and I'm looking forward to seeing all of your blogs.

Hi Sidra,
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to have you in class. You're going to get lots of practice at posting. It might help you over come your shyness. But honestly, I don't post very much on any social media either. I do this for professional reasons more than shyness but the result is the same.
